All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. If you fail to notify Petite Feet Shoes/ Milan Baby Boutique of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 10 business day window, or if Petite Feet Shoes/ Milan Baby boutique suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Shoes may be tried on inside only please. Upon receipt of your approved return, Petite Feet Shoes/ Milan Baby boutique will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 30 days from receiving your order. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be subtracted from your refund. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. All clearance and sale items are final and not eligible for return. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued.
